VH Make It: new makerspace in LMC

VH Make It is a creative space in the Library Media Center
where serious learning looks a lot like play.

Starting Mon Mar 6, students can experiment, learn, try, and create with one of the makerspace's new kits. The funding for this new idea is thanks to an Innovation Grant from the D128 Foundation for Learning.

HELP NEEDED!! Parent volunteers needed all periods Wed Mar 8 to assist student in making an LED name tag. Demo and instructions given to volunteers. Sign up here!

For example:

Code the Ozobot to follow red, green, and blue lines.

 

Design and cut out a vinyl Chromebook sticker using the Cricut.

Use Circuit Scribe's conductive pen to complete a circuit. 

Take up a challenge to steer the Sphero ball in a maze through the LMC.
